As the creator of The Identity Reset™ and a researcher at the intersection of AI, identity, and organizational value, I help leaders navigate what AI is really doing beneath the surface not just to jobs, but to who we get to be at work. This is my north star, whether I'm on a keynote stage, in a boardroom, or building the research to prove it.

I've led large-scale organizational transformations, coached women poised to become chief executives or board members, and served on mission-aligned non-profit boards. My work today is focused on one question: as AI reshapes work, how do we make sure it expands human potential instead of eroding it?

I spent 25+ years inside enterprise technology and transformation — SAP SuccessFactors, IBM, Limeade, and Workhuman before a hard realization reshaped my work: AI isn't just displacing labor. It's displacing identity. That question became The Identity Reset™, my five-phase framework for leading through it, and Humanity × Innovation × Economy, my research platform for measuring it at the organizational level.

There is no one definition of success and no one way to reach your goals. I am on a personal mission to level the playing field so that all people can thrive through the work that they do and the unique way in which they do it. I am CMO at Limeade, a corporate well-being company that transforms work into a source of positivity, energy, humanity, and purpose. I am also a storyteller focused on disrupting the TV industry with stories that bring to life the transformational power of women and the relationships they make.

My genius is my extreme capability to blend the trifecta of strategy, creativity, and human connection to process information quickly and generate change—never missing a detail, all while keeping an eye on the big picture. I translate my expertise in building and leading high-performing global marketing, brand, communications, and technology organizations, into actionable narratives.

Being comfortable with the uncomfortable is a disrupter super-power. I am not afraid of working through uncomfortable and unpopular topics. It is the only way we can explore out-of-the-box solutions that engage everyone in paving a path forward for topics such as ‘Me Too’ in the workplace, how women rise to the top without pushing other women down, addressing systemic bias and tearing down power imbalances, how women support other women in their quest for success, knowing your worth, and recognizing your achievements.
